My name is Brian I am the owner of Sensational Seafood & Grill. My passion for cooking seafood started when I was a kid as I was taught by a family member who ran a successful seafood business. During the pandemic, my wife Khadijah and I decided to show our talents and started a small business formally known as “Fresh Catch Seafood”. The response was so remarkable that my wife and I purchased a food truck to revamp, expand, and unveil our talents to a wider audience.
